The Company was established in the year 1974 with the objective of manufacturing Bicycle components to supply OEM. There are two factories, one “ Gianson Industries located in Jugiana dist. Ludhiana and other G.S. Mankoo & Co. is very well located in the fully developed industrial area B. Ludhiana.
The company manufactures various types of B B Shell for bicycles and also for rickshaws Keeping in view, customer satisfaction continuously and being quality conscious, the company has installed the latest machines with latest technology.The machinery details are Power Press(max100ton min5ton), Oil furnace, Migweldings, Drill Machines, CNC WIRE Cutting(Electronica), CNC Turning Centre, Milling machine, lathe machines, Adda machines, Pipe cutting machines, Pipe bending machine, Automatic bandsaw, Material Hardening testing machine.Specification are controlled exactly as per national/ international standards or customer’s requirement.
Company has setup all facilities within the plant, there is no outsource process.Inspection and testing facilities area also provided (e.g. vernier caliper, micrometer height gauge etc) to meet the specified requirements. Company has set up own tool room which includes all facilities required to manufacturer tool and dies. Regular training is provided to all employees for the regular up gradation
Presently the company is supplying its product to near about all famous names in India e.g. Hero,Avon,Neelam, SK bikes, Metro Exports, Moonlight AutoMat, Nexo Industries etc.
In future the company is planning to increase the production capacity by putting latest modern machinery& technology to the needs of domestic as well export markets.
